摘要
航天产品具有技术状态新、专业耦合性强、可靠性要求高、研制过程风险识别与管控难度大等特点。由于航天产品的研制开发具有科学探索和创新研究的性质,航天企业的各级组织在运用已有的航天技术和管理知识开展各项研制工作的同时,须通过工程实践不断深化对航天研制客观规律的认识,进行分析总结,形成“组织的知识”,并将其在各级技术和管理规范中固化。本文介绍一种航天企业的质量分析机制,将质量管理体系的运行与航天型号研制过程有机结合,各级组织通过开展质量分析活动,对航天科研生产过程的问题进行分析,识别、提炼、固化形成新的、具有航天特点的、各级组织特有的知识,通过不断丰富“组织的知识”实现组织科研能力的不断提升。
Aerospace products are characterized by new technology,strong professional coupling,high reliability requirements,and difficulty in risk identification and control in the development process.As the research and development of aerospace products has the nature of scientific exploration and innovative research,the organizations at all levels of aerospace enterprises must conduct research and development work with existing aerospace technologies and management knowledge,and meanwhile deepen their understanding of the objective laws of aerospace development through engineering practice,analyze and summarize,form"organizational knowledge",and solidify it in the technical and management specifications at all levels.This paper introduces a quality analysis mechanism for aerospace enterprises,integrates the operation of the quality management system with the development of aerospace models with organizations at all levels carrying out quality analysis activities,analyzes the problems in the process of aerospace scientific research and production,and identifies,refines and solidifies new knowledge with aerospace characteristics and unique knowledge of organizations at all levels,in order to improve the scientific research ability of an organization by constantly enriching the knowledge of the organization.
