标准化护理程序在重症监护室呼吸衰竭护理中的应用

Application of Standardized Nursing Procedures in the Nursing of Respiratory Failure in Intensive Care Unit

目的:分析和研究标准化护理程序在重症监护室呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法:筛选于我院重症监护室治疗的呼吸衰竭患者100例,时间为2017年1月-2019年1月,按照随机数字表法分为两组。经我院伦理委员会批准后,对试验组和对照组患者分别实施标准化护理程序和常规护理,观察两组重症监护室呼吸衰竭患者的呼吸机使用时间、住院时间、生理应激指标和并发症发生率。结果:试验组的呼吸机使用时间、住院时间、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平、血清皮质醇(COR)水平和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:标准化护理程序在重症监护室呼吸衰竭患者的治疗中能起到更好的临床效果,可广泛推广。

Objective:To analyze and study the application effect of standardized nursing procedures in the nursing of patients with respiratory failure in the intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 100 patients with respiratory failure treated in the intensive care unit of our hospital were screened out from January 2017 to January 2019,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table.After approval by the ethics committee of our hospital,standardized nursing procedures and routine care were given to patients in the experimental group and control group,respectively,and the ventilator use time,hospital stay,physiological stress indicators and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients with respiratory failure in the intensive care unit were observed.Results:The ventilator use time,hospital stay,norepinephrine(NE)level,serum cortisol(COR)level and incidence of complication of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Standardized nursing procedures can have a better clinical effect on patients with respiratory failure in the intensive care unit and can be widely promoted.
