标准化气道管理在呼吸衰竭患者呼吸管理中的应用研究

Application Research of Standardized Airway Management in Respiratory Management of Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的:探究标准化气道管理在呼吸衰竭患者呼吸管理中的应用效果。方法:研究对象选取时间为2019年2月—2020年2月,入选的78例呼吸衰竭患者均于我院就诊治疗。39例常规管理组患者干预方案为常规呼吸管理,39例标准化管理组患者干预方案为标准化气道管理,分析两组干预前及干预24小时后血气指标水平以及住院时间。结果:标准化管理组干预后SaO2、PH值、PaO2水平均高于常规管理组,PaCO2水平低于常规管理组,住院时间短于常规管理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化气道管理能有效改善呼吸衰竭患者病情,缩短患者恢复时间,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of standardized airway management on respiratory management of patients with respiratory failure.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.The 39 patients in the routine management group received routine respiratory management,and the 39 patients in the standardized management group was treated with standardized airway management.The blood gas index levels and length of hospital stay in the two groups were analyzed before and 24 hours after intervention.Results:After intervention in the standardized management group,the levels of SaO2,PH value and PaO2 were higher than those of the conventional management group,PaCO2 levels were lower than that of the conventional management group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the conventional management group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized airway management can effectively improve the condition of patients with respiratory failure and shorten the recovery time of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
