肿瘤化疗患者留置PICC导管的标准化护理分析

Standardized Nursing Analysis of Patients with Tumor Chemotherapy and Indwelling PICC Catheter

目的:探究标准化护理在肿瘤化疗患者留置PICC导管期间的应用价值。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年2月接受化疗的70例肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均采用PICC置管治疗,依据其护理方案的不同分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35),其中对照组采用常规护理干预,而观察组则实施标准化护理干预,对比两组患者在干预后的护理依从性、一次性置管成功率、置管时间、并发症及不良事件等。结果:观察组的护理依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的一次性置管成功率明显大于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组的置管时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的PICC并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化护理应用于肿瘤化疗患者的PICC置管过程中,可有效延长其置管时间,同时降低PICC相关并发症的发生风险。

Objective:To explore the application value of standardized nursing in patients with tumor chemotherapy and indwelling PICC catheter.Methods:Seventy cases of cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with PICC catheterization.According to the different nursing schemes,they were divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given standardized nursing intervention.Nursing compliance,success rate of one-time catheterization,catheterization time,complications and adverse events,etc.were compared.Results:The nursing compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the one-time success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the catheterization time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of PICC complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing care in the process of PICC catheterization in cancer patients with chemotherapy can effectively prolong the catheterization time and reduce the risk of PICC related complications.
