PDCA循环应用于医院临床输血标准化管理中的价值评价

Evaluation of the Value of PDCA Cycle in the Standardized Management of Hospital Clinical Blood Transfusion

目的:评价PDCA循环应用于医院临床输血标准化管理中的价值。方法:选择2019年1月—2019年12月就诊的需要输血的患者作为本次实验的研究对象,所有对照组的患者均采用常规的输血护理方法来进行护理。实验组的患者则根据PDCA循环的方法来对输血患者进行护理。结果:实验组与对照组相比,患者的平均输血量上没有明显差异,但是实验组住院患者的平均输血量和手术患者的平均输血量上均明显低于对照组并且实验组的患者管理效果也明显优于对照组;输血过程中的不当操作的发生上,实验组也明显优于对照组。结论:PDCA循环应用于医院临床输血标准化管理中的效果较优,适合在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To evaluate the value of PDCA cycle in the standardized management of clinical blood transfusion in hospitals.Methods:The patients who visited our hospital and needed blood transfusion from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.All patients in the control group were treated with conventional blood transfusion nursing methods.The patients in the experimental group were treated according to the PDCA cycle.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had no significant difference in the average blood transfusion volume,but the average blood transfusion volume of hospitalized patients in the experimental group and the average blood transfusion volume of patients undergoing surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group.The effect of patient management in the experimental group is also obvious than the control group.Regarding the occurrence of improper operations during blood transfusion,the experimental group is also significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The effect of PDCA cycle in the standardized management of clinical blood transfusion in hospitals is relatively good,and it is suitable for clinical application.
