摘要
船舶机舱内空间狭窄,对海水总管螺栓组拆卸作业存在潜在的妨碍。采用MOD法分析了现有动作流程的工作时间,并通过工具悬挂和重新排列组合动作流程改善工作时间;借助CATIAV5软件搭建虚拟作业场景,并使用CATIA的人机工程学功能对作业进行仿真,分析了作业对象的可达性,评估了作业姿势的易伤风险,提出了对应的改善建议。
The narrow space inside the ship's engine room leads to potential obstacles to the disassembly process of the seawater main pipe bolt set.This paper applies the MOD method to analyze the working time of the existing action flow,and improves the working time by tool hanging and rearranging the combined action flow.Based on the virtual work scene built with CATIA V5 software,the working space is simulated by using CATIA ergonomics function.The accessibility of the work object is analyzed,the risk of MSDs to the work posture was evaluated,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed.
