乡村振兴背景下全域土地综合整治转型发展及路径选择

Transformation Development and Path Choice of Comprehensive Land Consolidation under the Background of Rural Revitalization

实施乡村振兴战略是新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手,必然要求全域土地综合整治的响应、服务和支持。探析全域土地综合整治的转型发展与路径选择,对贯彻生态文明理念与助推乡村振兴具有现实指导价值。本文简要回顾了全域土地综合整治的发展历程,阐释了乡村振兴与全域土地综合整治的内在逻辑。基于乡村振兴战略需求,指出了全域土地综合整治转型发展方向和可供选择的实施路径。针对当前试点工作中存在的主要问题,提出了推进全域土地综合整治的进一步思考和相关建议。

The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is the general grasp of'agriculture-ruralfarmers'work in the new era,which inevitably requires the response,service and support of comprehensive land consolidation.It is of practical guiding value to carry out the concept of ecological civilization and promote the rural revitalization to explore the transformation development and path choice of the comprehensive land consolidation.This paper briefly reviews the background of comprehensive land consolidation,and analyzes the internal logic of rural revitalization and comprehensive land consolidation.Based on the requirements of rural revitalization strategy,this paper puts forward the development direction and alternative implementation path of comprehensive land consolidation.In view of the problems existing in the current pilot work,further thoughts and relevant suggestions are put forward.
