奥氮平对老年期精神障碍患者治疗效果、不良反应及生活质量的影响

Effects of olanzapine on the treatment effect,adverse reactions and quality of life of elderly patients with mental disorders

目的:探讨奥氮平对老年期精神障碍患者治疗效果、不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法:以2018年8月至2020年1月期间我院收录的80例老年期精神障碍患者为例,采用奥氮平进行治疗,以PANSS(阳性与阴性症状量表)及TESS(副反应量表)评价其治疗效果、不良反应及患者体重变化情况。结果:研究分析发现:①患者治疗后PANSS总分低于治疗前并且差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;②器质性患者治疗药剂量低于非器质性精神障碍患者,差异比较明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。③治疗后患者出现不同程度的不良反应;与治疗前相比,患者治疗后体重明显高于治疗前,差异比较明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:奥氮平对老年期精神障碍患者治疗效果明显,不良反应少,提高了患者的生活质量,对患者体重与血脂量产生影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of olanzapine on the treatment effect,adverse reactions and quality of life of elderly patients with mental disorders.Methods:Taking 80 elderly patients with mental disorders included in our hospital as an example from August 2018 to January 2020,olanzapine was used for treatment,with PANSS(positive and negative symptom scale)and TESS(adverse reaction volume)Table)Evaluation of its therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and changes in patient weight.Results:The research analysis found that:①The total score of PANSS after treatment is lower than before treatment and the difference is significant(P<0.05),which is statistically significant;②It is obvious(P<0.05)and has statistical significance.③After treatment,the patient had different degrees of adverse reactions;compared with before treatment,the patient’s weight after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment,the difference was more significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Olanzapine has obvious therapeutic effects on elderly patients with mental disorders,and has fewer adverse reactions,which improves the quality of life of patients and affects the weight and blood lipid of patients.
