循证护理对冠心病介入治疗患者心功能改善、不良情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of evidence-based nursing on improvement of heart function,adverse emotions and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease intervention therapy

目的:分析循证护理应用于冠心病介入患者对于心功能、不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选择从2017年8月至2019年2月在我院治疗的冠心病介入患者总共100例进行研究,其中对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组采用循证护理模式,比较经过两组患者干预前后LVEF、HAMD及QOL评分的差异。结果:实验组患者干预后HAMD明显低于另一组,此外实验组LVEF及QOL也高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病介入治疗的患者采用循证护理干预,有利于患者心功能、心理状况及生活质量改善,降低炎症指标,可以作为冠心病介入治疗患者临床治疗之外的辅助护理干预方法。

Objective:To analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing applied to patients with coronary heart disease on cardiac function,bad mood and quality of life.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease intervention treated in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected.The control group used routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group used evidence-based nursing secretary.Differences in LVEF,HAMD and QOL scores.Results The HAMD of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the other group after intervention.In addition,the LVEF and QOL of the experimental group were also higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease intervention therapy is conducive to the improvement of patients'cardiac function,psychological status and quality of life,and reduces inflammation indicators.It can be used as an auxiliary nursing intervention method other than clinical treatment for patients with coronary heart disease intervention therapy.
