新生儿出生后发现畸形对产妇心理生理状态的影响及护理对策

Analysis on the Clinical Situation and Nursing Countermeasures of Neonatal Maternal with Birth Malformations

目的:研究分娩后发现新生儿畸形对产妇心理生理状态的影响及护理对策。方法:从在我院住院分娩后发现新生儿畸形的产妇中选择46例参与研究,将产妇平均分组之后提供不同护理指导,对比结果差异。结果:观察组产妇心理状况、生理状况和知识掌握程度评分分别为(89.25±0.47)分、(95.62±0.1)分和(92.63±0.66)分,并发症发生率为8.69%,满意度为95.65%,结果优于对照组且差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:分娩后才发现新生儿畸形会对产妇的心理和生理造成双重打击,在临床上根据产妇实际提供针对性护理,有利于改善预后,帮助产妇尽快恢复。

Objective:To study the clinical status analysis and nursing countermeasures of neonates with birth malformation.Methods:46 women who gave birth in our hospital and had abnormal newborn were selected to participate in the study.Results:The scores of physiological status,psychological status and knowledge mastery were(89.25±0.47),(95.62±0.14)and(92.63±0.66)respectively.The incidence of complications was 8.69%and the satisfaction was 95.65%.The results were better than the control group and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The birth abnormal newborn will cause the double blow to the maternal physiology and the psychology,provides the high quality nursing according to the maternal reality in the clinic,is advantageous to improve the prognosis,helps the parturient to recover as soon as possible.
