多学科联合的院内急救团队运作模式的应用与效果研究

The Application and effect of Multidisciplinary Emergency team Operation mode

目的:探讨多学科联合的院内急救团队运作模式在急诊抢救中的效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年6月我院收治的4746例院内急救患者,比较多学科联合的院内急救团队运作模式实施前后两组患者抢救人员到达现场时间及抢救的成功率情况。结果:观察组抢救人员到达的现场时间为(12.16±0.98)min,明显短于对照组(19.47±1.26)min,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(t=27.812,P=0.007<0.05);观察组患者的抢救成功率为84.24%,高于对照组72.25%,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在院内急救中实施多学科联合的院内急救团队运作模式能够有效缩短抢救人员到达现场的时间,提高抢救的成功率,保障了患者的生命安全。

Objective:To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary collaboration in emergency care mode in emergency rescue.Methods:4746 first-aid patients were selected to compare the time of arrival of rescuers and the emergency success rate of patients in the two groups before and after the implementation of the multi-disciplinary collaboration in emergency care mode.Results:The arrival time of rescue in the observation group was shortened,and the success rate of rescue was(12.16±0.98)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with the time of(19.47±1.26)min;the success rate of rescue for patients in the observation group was 84.24%,which was greatly higher than that of the control group,with the rate of 72.25%;There were significantly differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing multi-disciplinary collaboration in emergency care in hospital emergency could effectively shorten the time for rescuers to arrive at the scene and improve the success rate of rescue.
