综合康复治疗对下肢骨折内固定术后膝关节功能障碍的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on knee joint dysfunction after internal fixation of lower limb fractures

目的:探究综合康复治疗对下肢骨折内固定术后膝关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:100例下肢骨折内固定术后出现膝关节功能障碍的患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组给予综合康复治疗。通过视觉模拟评分,患者膝关节活动度,评价早期综合康复治疗的效果。结果:对照组和治疗组治疗后膝关节的疼痛程度,关节的活动度都得到有效的改善,其中观察组相关指标改善程度要显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:综合康复治疗能够减轻下肢骨折内固定术后膝关节功能障碍,康复治疗效果肯定。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on knee joint dysfunction after internal fixation of lower limb fractures.Methods:100 patients with knee joint dysfunction after internal fixation of lower limb fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Through visual analogue score,the patient’s knee range of motion,evaluate the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Results:The knee joint pain and joint mobility were effectively improved in the control group and the treatment group after treatment.The improvement of related indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can reduce knee dysfunction after internal fixation of lower limb fractures,and the effect of rehabilitation treatment is positive.
