浅谈关于精准教研下的小学教师听评课记录表

Discuss on the Record Form of Primary School Teachers'listening and Evaluation under the Precise Teaching and Research

听评课作为一种常见的教学研究形式,已经成为促进教师专业发展、实现学校改进发展的重要载体。针对当下中小学听评课存在的问题,本文从听评课记录表的设计和填写现状入手,结合我校实际,通过分析其存在的问题并提出改进建议,以期提高我校听评课效率,同时也为我国中小学教研改进提供一些借鉴。

As a common form of teaching research,listening to and evaluating lessons has become an important carrier to promote teachers'professional development and realize the improvement and development of schools.In view of the problems existing in the current primary and secondary schools,this paper starts from the design and filling of the record form of listening and evaluation,combined with the actual situation of our school,through the analysis of the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement,in order to improve the efficiency of listening and evaluation in our school,but also provide some reference for the reform of teaching and research in primary and secondary schools in China.
