对小学生进行常规教育,是小学阶段的重点工作,可以有效提高小学生的思维品质,为实现素质教育奠定基础。常规教育要常抓不懈,制定常态化的工作计划,坚持一致性和灵活性的原则,遵循小学生的认知特点,采用多种方式,齐抓共管,提高小学生的自律能力和常规意识。本文笔者结合实际案例,论述了小学生常规教育的有效策略,旨在给小学教育教学工作提供参考。

Routine education for elementary school students is a key task at the elementary school level,which can effectively improve the thinking quality of elementary school students and lay a foundation for the realization of quality education.Regular education must be unremitting,formulate a normalized work plan,adhere to the principles of consistency and flexibility,follow the cognitive characteristics of primary school students,adopt a variety of methods,and work together to improve the self-discipline ability and routine awareness of primary school students.Combining with actual cases,the author of this article discusses the effective strategies of primary school students'conventional education,and aims to provide a reference for elementary education and teaching.
