宜居社区的评价体系及管理模式研究——以瑞益园为例

Livable Community Evaluation System and Management Model Research-a Case Study on the Ruiyi Garden

宜居社区作为一种社区发展模式,已经成为未来社区发展的趋势。本文建立在国内外已有的宜居社区评价理论的基础上,构建了含有6个一级指标、13个二级指标、39个三级指标的天津市宜居社区评价指标体系。应用层次分析法确定了指标的权重,并且运用综合评价的方法对天津市美丽社区瑞益园进行评价,得出该社区的宜居度为好,初步验证了指标体系的合理性,并且针对瑞益园社区存在的问题进行了分析,并提出整改建议和管理模式,从而更好地打造美丽天津、宜居天津。

As a community development model,livable community has become the trend of future community development.Based on the existing evaluation theory of livable communities at home and abroad,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of Tianjin livable community with 6 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.We used AHP to determine the weight of the indicator and the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the beautiful community Ruiyi Garden in Tianjin.It is concluded that the livability of the community is good,which has verified the rationality of the indicator system.We also analyzed the problems in the Ruiyi Garden community,and put forward suggestions on its management model to build a beautiful and livable Tianjin.
