新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情缓役阶段护理人员心理现状调查及应对方式

Investigation on the psychological status and analysis of coping styles of nursing staff in COVID-19 epidemic mitigation period

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情缓役阶段护理人员心理现状及应对方式,为护理人员的心理干预提供依据。方法于2020年4月20~24日选取唐山地区164名护理人员,采用一般资料调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行调查。结果164名护理人员SAS、SDS得分均显著高于常模;焦虑状态检出率为28.0%,抑郁状态检出率为32.9%;焦虑状态组与非焦虑状态组、抑郁状态组与非抑郁状态组在积极、消极应对方式上均存在显著性差异;SAS、SDS得分与积极应对方式呈显著负相关,与消极应对方式呈显著正相关。结论在新冠肺炎疫情缓役阶段,部分护理人员处于焦虑、抑郁状态,其消极应对方式对心理状态有一定影响,需要采取有效的应对策略来缓解负性情绪。

Objective To understand the psychological status and coping styles of nursing staff in the epidemic mitigation period of COVID-19,so as to provide basis for psychological intervention of nursing staff.Methods A total of 164 nursing staff in Tangshan city were selected and investigated by general data questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results The SAS and SDS scores of 164 nurses were significantly higher than the norm.The detection rate of anxiety and depression was 28.0%and 32.9%respectively.There were significant differences in positive and negative coping styles between anxiety and non-anxiety,depression and non-depression groups.SAS and SDS scores were significantly negatively correlated with positive coping style and positively correlated with negative coping style.Conclusion In the epidemic mitigation period of COVID-19,some nursing staff are in a state of anxiety and depression,and their negative coping style has a certain impact on their psychological state.Therefore,effective coping strategies should be adopted to alleviate negative emotions.
