摘要
概述了热电材料的基本理论,介绍了传统热电材料、氧化物热电材料的性能、特点和研究现状,阐述了热电材料在温差发电和热电制冷方面的应用。
In this paper,the basic theory of thermoelectric materials is summarized,the properties,characteristics and research status of traditional thermoelectric materials and oxide thermoelectric materials are introduced,and the application of thermoelectric materials in thermoelectric power generation and thermoelectric cooling is expounded.
