艏喷动态实船试验及数值计算对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 耙吸挖泥船艏喷时,泥管及喷嘴受到动态冲击并产生较大变形和应力,目前关于喷射过程的试验研究和计算分析较为缺乏。通过实船测试艏喷过程,记录典型工况下特定位置管壁应力,得到介质对喷嘴管道的动态作用。采用SPH无网格粒子法和基于网格的单向FSI方法两种流固耦合数值方法对试验对象进行了计算分析,研究了艏喷喷嘴的应力分布。最后比较试验和数值结果,验证了SPH法更适合分析喷射动态过程,为后续设计工作提供了分析方法。 When the trailing suction hopper dredger(TSHD)is spraying at the bow,the mud pipes and nozzle are subjected to dynamic impact and produce large deformation and stress.Recently,there is a lack of experimental research and calculation analysis on the spraying process.In this paper,the dynamic effect of the medium on the nozzle pipe was obtained by testing the bow spray process on a real ship with recording the stress under typical working conditions.Two kinds of fluid-solid coupling numerical methods,SPH meshless particle method and grid based unidirectional FSI method,were used to calculate and analyze the test object,and the stress distribution of the nozzle of bow spray was investigated.Finally,by comparing the experimental and numerical results,it is verified that SPH method is more suitable for analyzing the dynamic spraying process,which can provides an analysis method for the further design work.
