摘要
通过对1986~2019年间国内海泡石相关文献分析,发现海泡石的应用研究可分3个阶段:1986~1987年主要进行海泡石原料的分离提纯;1987~1995年海泡石的基础功能开发及应用;1996年以后,海泡石的利用逐步向多功能化、复合化方向发展。当前研究的主要领域集中在环境保护、涂料、石油化工、塑料、橡胶等方面,重点在土壤改良和重金属污染治理、空气净化(除苯、除氨、除甲醛和杀菌等)、阻燃耐磨塑料和橡胶、隔热保温涂料和石化催化工艺。海泡石应用研究呈现加速发展态势,市场前景广阔。
Based on the analysis of domestic sepiolite related literature from 1986 to 2019,it is found that sepiolite application and research can be divided into three stages:From 1986 to 1987,sepiolite raw materials were separated and purified.From 1987 to 1995,the basic function development and application of sepiolite were developed.After 1996,the utilization of sepiolite gradually turned to functional and composite direction.At present,the main research are mainly in the fields of environmental protection,coating,petrochemical industry,rubber,plastics and so on,focusing on soil amelioration,the treatment of heavy metals in contaminated soil and water,air purification(formaldehyde and ammonia removal,and sterilization),flame retardant and wearresistant plastics and rubber,heat insulation and heat preservation coating,and petrochemical catalytic process.The research on sepiolite application has been accelerating development with a broad market prospect.
