一种用于妆前乳的植物提取物组方功效评价 被引量:1

摘要 采用细胞学实验和人体皮肤实验相结合的方法,对一种植物提取物组方进行抗氧化、抗衰老、保湿功效研究,并对其进行安全性评估。细胞学测试结果表明,复合提取液可显著清除由 H2O2刺激产生的活性氧族(ROS),对细胞氧化损伤具有保护作用;对基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)基因的表达具有显著抑制性。人体皮肤测试结果表明,连续使用添加该植物提取物组方的妆前乳产品28天后,受试者脸颊角质层水分含量、皮肤弹性R2值及Q1值均得到显著提升;眼角皮肤纹理度Ra值、Rz值及Rt值均得到显著改善,说明该产品具有提升角质层水分含量、提升皮肤弹性、淡化眼角细纹的效果;该产品具有良好的安全性。 A formula of plant extracts was studied in cytological and human skin experiments,and its safety profile was also evaluated.The experimental results demonstrated the antioxidation,anti-aging and moisturizing effects thereof.Cytological test results showed that the formula of plant extracts could significantly scavenge the reactive oxygen species(ROS)generated by H2O2 stimulation,indicating that it could protect cells from oxidative damage;it also showed significant inhibitory effect on the expression of the matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)gene.Human skin test results showed that,after 28 days of continuous use of the makeup base product containing the formula of plant extracts,the moisture content of stratum corneum at the cheek and the skin elasticity(R2 and Q1 values)were significantly improved;the parameters of skin texture of canthus(Ra,Rz and Rt values)were significantly improved,indicating that the product had the effects of increasing the moisture content of the stratum corneum,enhancing the elasticity of the skin,and diminishing the fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.This product had a good safety profile.
