摘要
目的:研究渝产玄参在不同“发汗”天数的质量变化规律。方法:模拟发汗法对玄参发汗1-6天,测定不同“发汗”时间玄参中水分、灰分、浸出物、哈巴俄苷、安格洛苷C、类叶升麻苷和肉桂酸含量,分析不同“发汗”时间样品各质量指标的变化规律。结果:玄参“发汗”过程中,水分含量减少,同时随着“发汗”天数的增加类叶升麻苷、安格洛苷C,含量上升比较明显。结论:“发汗”不仅有利于玄参干燥,同时引起玄参中化学成分含量变化。
Objective:To study the influence of days of processing method "Fahan" on quality change of Xuanshen produced in Chongqing.Method:The method of simulated Fahan was used to process Xuanshen for 1-6 days.The contents of water,ash,extractum,harpagoside,angoroside C,acteoside and cinnamic acid were detected.The change rule of each quality index of samples with different processing time was analyzed.Result:In the process of "Fahan",the water content decreased while the contents of acteoside and angoroside C increased obviously with the increase of processing days.Conclusion:Fahan is not only beneficial to the drying of Xuanshen,but also causes the change of chemical composition in Xuanshen.
