八味秦皮丸XRD指纹图谱研究

Study on X-ray diffraction fingerprint of Bawei Qinpi pill

目的:建立八味秦皮丸的X射线衍射(XRD)指纹图谱的分析方法。方法:运用粉末XRD技术,对来自不同地区的10批八味秦皮丸的样品进行分析,由此基础上建立其XRD指纹图谱。结果:初步建立了10批八味秦皮丸样品的XRD指纹图谱共有模式;确立了10个共有峰,通过鉴别显示:1、8号峰是HgS的特征峰,5、6号峰是Fe2O3的特征峰,3、10号峰是CaCO3的特征峰。八味秦皮丸的主要物相为Fe2O3,HgS,CaCO3;聚类分析结果表明:不同产地的八味秦皮丸药材存在一定的差异。结论:八味秦皮丸的XRD指纹图谱分析可为其鉴别和质量评价提供依据。

Objective:To establish an analytical method of X-ray diffraction(XRD) fingerprint of Bawei Qinpi pill.Method:Ten batches of Bawei Qinpi pill from different regions were analyzed by powder XRD technique,and their XRD fingerprints were also determined.Result:The XRD fingerprint of ten batches of Bawei Qinpi pill were established.Ten common peaks were characterized,in which the first and eighth peaks were characteristic peaks of HgS,the fifth and sixth peaks were characteristic peaks of Fe2 O3, the third and tenth Peaks were characteristic peaks of CaCO3.The main phases of Bawei Qinpi pills were Fe2 O3,HgS and CaCO3.Cluster analysis showed that there were some differences in Bawei Qinpi pill from different places.Conclusion:The XRD fingerprint could be used for the appraisal of Bawei Qinpi pill and the basis could be provided for the quality evaluation of Bawei Qinpi pill.
