苗、羌、侗、土家医外敷治疗骨折用药经验的复杂网络分析

A comparative study of experience on the treatment of fracture by Miao ethnic medicine,Qiang ethnic medicine,Dong ethnic medicine,Tujia ethnic medicine based on complex network analysis

目的:针对苗、羌、侗、土家医的优势病和常见病--骨折,比较苗医等民族医外敷治疗骨折的用药经验。方法:广泛收集苗、羌、侗、土家医治疗骨折相关文献中的外敷药,以Visual FoxPro 9.0建立数据库。以功效作为切入点,根据骨折愈合分期计算功效分布权重,借助Gephi0.9.2、Cytoscape2.8.0等软件可视化,应用复杂网络等方法进行分析。结果:苗医等民族医外敷治疗骨折用药以祛瘀为主要功效,其余高频功效关键词有消肿、解毒、止痛等,核心药有蓍草(Achillea wilsoniana Heimerl ex Hand.-Mazz.)、观音苋(Gynur bicolor (Roxb.)DC.)、没药(Commiphora myrrha Engl.或C.molmol Engl.)等12味。药性分析上,苗医治疗骨折的外敷药以寒性为主,羌、侗药药性平缓,而土家药药性偏热。苗、羌、侗、土家医外敷治疗骨折的有毒药物占比分别为15%、6%、22%和13%。结论:本文对苗医等民族医外敷治疗骨折用药术语规范化提供了快捷有效的方法。开展了苗医等民族医之间特色骨伤诊疗经验的比较,总结上述民族医外敷治疗骨折的用药规律。

Objective:In view of the advantages of Miao and other ethnic medicine and the frequent occurrence of "fracture", this study compared and analyzed the experience of external application of medicine in treating fracture among Miao,Qiang,Dong and Tujia ethnic medicine.Method:The external application drugs of Miao,Qiang,Dong and Tujia medicine literatures on fracture treatment were collected extensively,and the database was established with Visual FoxPro 9.0.Regarding the efficacy as point of penetration,the weight on efficacy distribution were calculated by clinical stages of fracture and displayed by Gephi 0.9.2 and Cytoscape 2.8.0.Result:Miao and other ethnic medicine believed that"eliminating blood stasis" was the main efficacy in the external application treatment of fractures.The common efficacy of external herbs of Miao,Qiang,Dong and Tujia ethnic medicine in the external treatment of fracture was eliminating blood stasis,swelling,and detoxification,etc.There were twelve core medicines including Achillea alpina L.,Gynur bicolor(Roxb.) DC.,Commiphora myrrha Engl.and so on.According to the analysis of drug properties,Miao medicine was generally cold,Qiang medicine and Dong ethnic medicine were plain,while Tujia ethnic medicine was hot.The proportions of toxic drugs used in the treatment of fractures in Miao,Qiang,Dong and Tujia medicine were 15%,6%,22% and 13%,respectively.Conclusion:This study provides a quick and effective method to standardize the terminology of external application of medicine for fracture treatment in Miao and other ethnic medicine.We compare the diagnosis and treatment experience of characteristic bone injuries between Miao ethnic medicine and other ethnic medicine,and summarize the medication rules of the external application of ethnic medicine in the treatment of fractures.
