下一代测序技术在多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌同源性检测与医院感染防控中的应用研究

摘要 目的:检测某院37株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的同源性,发现医院感染防控缺陷,为制定医院感染管理方案提供依据。方法:收集2015-2016年在某院分离的非重复多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌37株,采用下一代测序技术检测其基因序列,用构树软件MEGA构建进化树,分析其同源关系,并按同源关系分组:结果:37株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌测序完成并构建进化树,按同源性分成5组。组内同源性较高:结论:37株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌组内同源性较高,具有院内交叉感染。 Objective:This study was carried out to detect the homology of 37 multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii in a hospital and find the defects in prevention and control of nosocomial infection,so as to provide a basis for formulating hospital infection management plan.Method:37 strains of non-repetitive multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii were isolated and collected in a hospital from 2015 to 2016.Their gene sequences were detected by next-generation sequencing technology.Evolutionary trees were constructed by the tree construction software MEGA,and their homology were analyzed and grouped according to the homology relationship.Result:37 strains of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii were sequenced and an evolutionary tree was constructed.According to the homology,they were divided into 5 groups,with high homology within the group.Conclusion:37 strains of multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii have high homology in the group,and there is a possibility of cross-infection in the hospital.
