多元化健康教育模式在剖宫产产妇术后康复中的应用

Application of diversified health education mode in postoperative rehabilitation of cesarean section

目的提高剖宫产产妇的健康意识及对剖宫产相关知识的掌握与知晓程度。方法选择2017年1-6月在该院产科行剖宫产分娩的产妇140例,依据产妇情况将其平均分成研究组和对照组。对照组使用传统教育模式,研究组则采用多元化健康教育模式,分析两组的康复干预情况。结果研究组产妇对疾病知识的知晓程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的遵医行为明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇的抑郁情绪评分、焦躁情绪评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多元化的健康教育模式,不仅可以使剖宫产产妇的知识知晓程度不断提高,也可以使产妇具有良好的遵医行为,有助于提高产妇的康复速度。

Objective To improve health consciousness,mastery degree,and awareness degree of cesarean section-related knowledge among lying-in women undergoing cesarean section.Methods From January to June in 2017,140 lying-in women undergoing cesarean section in Department of Obstetrics,Zhoushan Hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group equally according to maternal condition,the women in control group were given routine education mode,while the women in study group were given diversified health education mode,rehabilitation and intervention situations in the two groups were analyzed.Results The awareness degree of cesarean section-related knowledge in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The behavior of following doctor's instruction in study group was significantly superior to control group(P<0.05).In the two groups,the scores of depression and anxiety decreased significantly(P<0.05),there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education mode not only can continually improve awareness degree of cesarean section-related knowledge,but also can develop behavior of following doctor's instruction,which can accelerate rehabilitation of lying-in women undergoing cesarean section.
