摘要
量热式功率计是射频功率测量准确度最高的测量设备,为了实现量热式功率计的高测量准确度及量值的准确传递,分析了量热式射频中功率测量系统的工作原理和性能特点,尤其对量热式射频中功率计的测量和校准误差进行分析。采用可进行高准确度标定的直流功率实现对高精度的射频中功率量热计进行校准,并通过对射频中功率量热计校准系统的测量误差进行分析,该射频中功率量热计的有效效率测量不确定度达0.28%以内;通过建立高稳定幅度输出的射频中功率校准系统,实现将高精度射频中功率量热计的量值准确传递给通过式射频中功率传递标准,使传递标准的校准因子测量不确定度优于0.66%,从而提供了一种构建高准确度测量的射频中功率校准方法。
The calorimetric power meter is the most accurate measurement equipment for radio frequency power measurement.In order to achieve the high measurement accuracy of the calorimetric power meter and the accurate transfer of the measured value,the article analyzed the working principle and performanceof the calorimetric RF mid-power measurement system.Especially analyzed the measurement and calibration errors of the RF mid-power calorimeter.By using a DC-powerwhich can be calibrated with high accuracy to calibrate the high-accuracy RF mid-power calorimeter.Andby analyzing the measurement error of the RF mid-power calorimeter calibration system,the effective efficiency measurement uncertainty of the RF mid-power calorimeter is within 0.28%.By establishing a high-stability amplitude output RF midpower calibration system,the value of the high-precision RF mid-power calorimeter can be accurately transmitted to the pass-throughRF mid-power transfer standard,and the measurement uncertainty of the calibration factor of the transfer standard is better than 0.66%.The article provides a high-accuracy RF mid-power calibration method.
