摘要
为使光电搜索设备满足GJB151B-2013标准要求,从电磁兼容的设计出发,分析CE102和RE102的测试波形和设备内部组成结构。在EMC理论分析的基础上,提出了针对CE102和RE102的整改方案。通过处理互连线缆、电源、设备壳体等部件,并利用频谱分析仪对近场辐射分析,精确找到最大辐射源并采取相应处理措施,有效降低了设备的电场辐射发射和电源传导发射。试验结果表明,整改后的光电搜索设备满足GJB151B-2013标准要求,对其他同类型产品的整改提供参考价值。
In order to make the optical search equipment meet the requirements of GJB151 B-2013 standard,analysis the test waveforms of CE102&RE102 and the internal structure of the equipmentfrom the design of electromagnetic compatibility.On the basis of EMC theoretical analysis,a rectification plan for CE102&RE102 is proposed.By processing the cables,power supplies,outer casing,etc,using a spectrum analyzer to analysis radiation,accurately find the largest source of radiation and take appropriate action.It effectively reduce the electric radiation emission and power conduction emission.The experiments show that the rectified optical search equipment meets the GJB151 B-2013 standard requirements.It can provide references for the rectification of other products of the same type.
