摘要
随着人工智能技术的广泛应用,智能化成为目前测井解释系统主流发展趋势之一。针对目前知识库缺乏有效保护手段的问题,提出一种基于声纹识别的用户权限划分机制,实现了系统知识库的保护;声纹识别方法在传统的MFCC声纹特征提取前,设计了浊音段提取等预处理步骤,并实现了帧间距离最优匹配方法,进行声纹特征参数识别。通过在20人的语音信号集上实验,所提声纹识别方法准确率较传统GMM方法提升了25.6%,拒识率提升了18.5%。结果表明,所提方法特征获取简单、算法复杂度低,可准确识别过慢或过快速语音,具有极强的算法鲁棒性,为智能测井解释系统的实际应用消除了安全隐患,使其更好地服务于油田的勘探开发。
With the generalized utilization of AI, intelligence becomes a main stream developing tendency of well log interpretation system at present. But knowledge base lacks effective protecting measures to prevent illegal copyright piracy and revision. So, a knowledge base protecting method of system based on voiceprint recognition is proposed. The effective pre-processing techniques such as sonant segments extracting is designed before MFCC feature extraction and IFDOM method is realized to recognize feature parameters. Through experiments on voice signal dataset of 20 persons, accuracy of method is improved by 25.6% and false rejection rate is improved by 18.5% compared with traditional GMM method. The method erases potential safety hazard for actual utilization of intelligent well log interpretation system with simple features acquisition, lower complexity of algorithm and strong robustness in recognition of voice with slow or fast pronunciation speed to make the system provide better service ability for exploration and development of oilfields.
