南京市一起涉及婴儿新型冠状病毒感染的家庭聚集性传播报告

The report of a cluster of sexually transmitted infections in a family involving a baby novel coronavirus infection in Nanjing

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行期间,南京市大约70%的COVID-19患者为家庭传播。本文回顾性调查分析了南京市第二医院汤山分院收治的一起家庭聚集性传播的COVID-19患者案例,其中包含1例9个月大的婴儿。结果表明,家庭成员间容易通过聚餐传播,所有人群都易感。患儿感染后症状轻,肺部可以没有症状,但病毒核酸检测持续时间较长,可能作为传染源被忽视。除了常规的发热、咳嗽等不适外,少数COVID-19病例可以出现周围神经受损症状。因此在临床中,我们要仔细询问流行病学史,做好密切接触者的筛查和隔离。同时要关注轻症状感染者,尤其儿童作为传染源的危害。

During the COVID-19 epidemic,almost 70%of the new coronavirus infection in Nanjing were transmitted in the family.This papper retrospective analysised a family with new coronavirus infection who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Nanjing,Tangshan Branch,including a 9-month-old infant.The results showed that the new coronavirus infectivity was very strong.Family members were easily to be infected during dinner.The whole population were susceptible,but the infant′s symptoms were mild after infection.With the asymptomatic infection,the infant might be ignored as infection source while the virus nucleic acid detection duration lasted long.In addition to the usual symptoms like fever and cough,peripheral nerve damage may occur in a few cases.Therefore,in clinical practice,the epidemiological history should carefully inquired,with meticulous screening and isolation of close contacts of new coronavirus infected patients.Moreover,more attention should be paid to the offense of light symptomatic patients,especially asymptomatic infant as the source of infection.
