基于空间模拟退火算法的气象观测站点布局方法研究

摘要 针对传统观测站点布局方法存在的效率差、采集数据不精准的问题,在空间模拟退火算法基础上提出一种气象观测站点布局方法。在固体物质中,空间模拟退火算法是通过缓慢降温处理致使整体能量位于最低状态的。因此,将Kriging插值精度作为基础,约束监测样点的优化以及选择,并把平均Kriging预测标准差当成优化标准,然后设定目标函数,以此完成对气象观测站点布局。经过实验证明与传统方法对比,通过文章方法获取的气象观测数据精确度较高,且布局过程简单,鲁棒性良好。 Aiming at the problems of poor efficiency and inaccurate data acquisition in traditional observation site layout methods,a meteorological observation site layout method based on space simulated annealing algorithm is proposed.In solid matter,the space simulated annealing algorithm makes the whole energy in the lowest state through slow cooling treatment.Therefore,Kriging interpolation accuracy is taken as the basis,the optimization and selection of monitoring sample points are constrained,the standard deviation of average Kriging prediction is taken as the optimization standard,and then the objective function is set to complete the layout of meteorological observation stations.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional methods,the meteorological observation data obtained by this method have higher accuracy,simple layout process and good robustness.
