摘要
白细胞介素-33(IL-33)是IL-1家族的第11位成员,其特异性受体ST2由多种类型的免疫细胞表达,从而介导多种免疫反应。过敏性鼻炎是由特异性IgE介导的多种免疫细胞参与的变态反应性疾病。近年来研究发现IL-33参与了过敏性鼻炎的发生发展,但其作用机制尚不十分明确。本文就IL-33的生物学特性以及其在过敏性鼻炎发病机制中的作用进行综述,以期寻找新的药物靶点,为疾病的防治提供新思路。
Interleukin-33(IL-33)is the 11th member of IL1 family.Its specific receptor ST2 is expressed among many kinds of immune cells,which mediates many types of immune response.Allergic rhinitis is one kind of allergic disease which mediated by specific IgE with the involvement of a variety of immune cells.In recent years,it was found that IL-33 was involved in development of allergic rhinitis,but its mechanism is still not very clear.The biological characteristics of IL-33 and its role in pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis was reviewed in this article,providing new drug targets and new ideas for treatment and prevention.
