摘要
工业上通常是将二甲基硫醚、二氧化氮与氧气通入氧化塔进行氧化反应,从而生成二甲基亚砜。介绍了ASPEN PLUS工艺模拟软件对该工艺过程的工艺模拟计算方法与过程,并分析了氧气量、氧化温度(氧化塔反应区温度)对氧化过程的影响,提出了最佳的氧气加入量,验证了最佳的氧化温度,计算了该工艺过程需要的制冷量。结合某项目的实际参数,表明该工艺模拟计算方法是可靠的,完全可用于指导工业生产。
Typical industrial practice for dimethyl sulfoxide generation is to feed dimethyl sulfide,nitrogen dioxide and oxygen into the oxidation column for oxidation reaction.This paper introduces the simulated calculation method and process of ASPEN PLUS process simulation software,and analyzes the influence of oxygen amount and oxidation temperature(the temperature in the reaction area of oxidation column)on the oxidation process,puts forward the optimal oxygen injection amount,verifies the optimal oxidation temperature,and calculates the cooling capacity needed in the process.Combined with the actual parameters of a certain project,it is shown that this process simulated calculation method is reliable and can be used to guide industrial production.
