汽轮机振动高的运行优化及处理

摘要 结合河南龙宇煤化工有限公司年产40万t/a煤制乙酸和20万t/a煤制乙二醇项目所配套汽轮机的实际运行情况,分析汽轮机在运行过程中出现振动波动的原因,并制定运行中优化调整的措施。实践证明,经过维修后,现汽轮机振动稳定运行正常。 Based on the actual operation of steam turbines in the 400,000t/a Coal-to-Acetic Acid Project and 200,000t/a Coal-to-ethylene Glycol Project of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,the reasons for the vibration and fluctuation of steam turbines in the operation process are analyzed,and the measures for optimization and adjustment in the operation are formulated.Practice shows that after maintenance,the steam turbines run stably and normally.
