Endocardial fibroelastosis(EFE)is a pathological state that collagen and elastin abnormally deposit in endocardium.The present article makes a review on pathogenesis,pathophysiology,causes,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examinations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of EFE,thus makes a comprehensive understanding of EFE.
