天水市刺扰伊蚊晚秋生长发育的观察

摘要 目的研究刺扰伊蚊卵及幼虫的孵化情况,为防制提供科学依据。方法 9月份前后,采集自然界含刺扰伊蚊卵和幼虫的水样,计数羽化成蚊数量,研究其在较低温度下孵化和羽化情况。结果连续2个月的观察,共计孵化成蚊168只,全部为刺扰伊蚊。在日平均温度20℃左右,刺扰伊蚊的幼虫和虫卵生长发育和孵化均较快,羽化成蚊的数量较多,占刺扰伊蚊成蚊总量的60%。平均气温10~20℃时,幼虫仍可转化成蛹而羽化成蚊,占刺扰伊蚊成蚊总量的40%。平均气温10℃左右时,蛹仍可羽化成蚊。结论温度能影响虫卵孵化、幼虫生长发育和蛹羽化。 Objective To observe the effect of temperature on egg hatch and larval development of Aedes vexans.Methods We collected natural water specimens containing eggs and larvae of Aedes.vexans in around September to monitor egg hatch and larval development,and then counted the number of adult mosquitoes emerged.Results There were totally 168 adult mosquitoes emerged from larvae in two consecutive months,and they were all Aedes.vexans.At about 200 C,egg hatch and larval development were rapid,and the number of emerged adults was large,accounting for 60% of the total.At 10℃-20℃,larvae could grow and pupate,and the number of emerged adults consisted of 40% of the total.When temperature was 10℃,some pupae emerged.Conclusion Temperature is a factor likely affecting egg hatch,larval growth,and pupa emergence of Aedes.vexans.
