骨源性因子骨钙素调节糖代谢的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)是由成熟成骨细胞、成牙质细胞或者肥大软骨细胞分泌的一种特异性小分子骨基质蛋白,又称γ-羧基谷氨酸蛋白。根据其分子中谷氨酸残基被维生素K依赖性羧化酶羧化修饰的程度,骨钙素可分为羧化完全骨钙素(fully carboxylated osteocalcin,cOC)和羧化不全骨钙素(undercarboxylated osteocalcin,ucOC)两种形式,它主要负责维持骨的正常矿化,影响骨形成和骨吸收[1]。随着骨骼内分泌功能的揭示,作为骨源性因子之一的骨钙素已成为研究的热点。近年来研究发现,骨钙素具有激素样作用,可以调节机体的能量代谢、生殖、认知等生理功能。其中,骨钙素对能量代谢的影响主要体现于其对糖代谢的调节:骨钙素具有诱导胰岛β细胞增殖,促进胰岛素合成和分泌,增强胰岛素敏感性等作用[2]。本文将就骨钙素对糖代谢的调节作用及其机制的相关研究进展进行综述。
