联合检测血清IL-33与CA-125在诊断子宫内膜异位症的价值分析

Value Analysis of Combined Detection of Serum IL-33 and CA-125 to Diagnose Endometriosis

目的研究子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者血清白介素-33(IL-33)、CA-125表达水平对EMs诊断的潜在应用价值。方法选取2019年3月至2019年10月乐山市市中区人民医院EMs患者40例设为EMs组,另选取同期在到本院做健康体检的同龄女性健康个体40例设为对照组。利用Person法对两组受检者血清IL-33、CA-125蛋白浓度作相关性分析。血清IL-33、CA-125的诊断价值评价采用受试者工作曲线(ROC)。结果EMs组患者血清IL-33、CA-125浓度分别为(100.35±16.05)pg/ml、(136.05±28.78)U/ml明显高于对照组的(59.10±19.87)pg/ml、(61.98±16.88)U/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EMs组患者的血清IL-33、CA-125浓度伴随R-AFS分期的增加而升高,其中Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者血清IL-33、CA-125浓度分别为(111.15±6.79)pg/ml、(160.20±12.40)U/ml,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者的(89.54±15.26)pg/ml、(111.90±18.35)U/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对患者血清检测结果作相关分析发现IL-33与CA-125呈正相关(r=0.7981)。血清IL-33、CA-125浓度两种指标联合检测诊断EMs的ROC曲线AUC值为0.812,较单独检测血浆血清IL-33浓度(0.708)、CA-125浓度(0.759)的AUC值高。结论血清IL-33、CA-125浓度联合检测分析较单一指标检测可有效提高EMs的诊断准确性。

Objective To investigate potential application value of serum interleukin-33(IL-33)and carcinogenic antigen-125(CA-125)expression in the diagnosis of endometriosis(EMs)in patients with endometriosis(EMs).Methods From March 2019 to October 2019,40 patients with endometriosis in our hospital were selected as EMs group,and 40 healthy women with the same ages who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as control group.The Person method was used to analyze the correlation between the serum IL-33 and CA-125 protein concentrations.The diagnostic value of serum IL-33 and CA-125 was evaluated using receiver operating curve(ROC).Results Serum IL-33 and CA-125 concentrations in EMs group were(100.35±16.05)pg/ml and(136.05±28.78)U/ml that were significantly higher than those in control group(59.10±19.89)pg/ml and(61.98±16.88)U/ml with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Serum IL-33 and CA-125 concentrations in EMs group increased with the increase of R-AFS staging.Serum IL-33 and CA-125 concentrations of patients with stage III to IV were(111.15±6.79)pg/ml,(160.20±12.40)U/ml,which were significantly higher than(89.54±15.26)pg/ml and(111.90±18.35)U/ml of stage I^II patients with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Correlation analysis found that IL-33 and CA-125 were positively correlated(r=0.7981).The AUC value of ROC curve of the combined detection of IL-33 and CA-125 concentrations to diagnose EMs was 0.812,which was higher than the AUC value of IL-33 concentration(0.708)and CA-125 concentration(0.759)alone.Conclusion The combined detection and analysis of serum IL-33 and CA-125 concentrations could effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of EMs compared with single index detection.
