海峡两岸无障碍设计规范比对研究

Comparative Study on Barrier Free Design Codes of Both Sides of the Taiwan Straits

本文以海峡两岸现有无障碍设计规范为调研对象,重点对国标GB 50763-2012《无障碍设计规范》、建筑标准设计图集《无障碍设计(12J926)》以及台湾地区标准《建筑物无障碍设施设计规范》加以介绍和对比分析。通过系统对比,梳理两者在发展历程、专业术词、适用范围、标准结构形式、标准表述差异性等方面的异同,分析两者之间的优缺点。同时对开展《海峡两岸无障碍设计标准》的编制提出相关建议,进而促进两岸建筑行业更好融合发展,使两岸共享资源、共同发展、共创双赢。

Taking the existing barrier free design codes on both sides of the Taiwan Straits as the research object,this paper focuses on the introduction and comparative analysis of the national standard"barrier free design code"(GB 50763-2012),the architectural standard design atlas"barrier free design(12J926)"and the Taiwan standard"design code for barrier free facilities of buildings".Through systematic comparison,this paper finds the similarities and differences in the development process,professional terms,application scope,standard structure form and standard expression differences between the two,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.It also puts forward relevant suggestions for the preparation of"cross strait barrier free design standard"to promote the better integration and development of the construction industry on both sides of the Strait,so that both sides can share resources and realize win-win.
