中国标准外文版质量提升的关键要素分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures on Key Factors of Quality Improvement for Foreign Language Version of Chinese Standards

中国标准外文版作为中国标准走出去一个必要条件,是中国标准国际化的基础设施,也是实施我国技术性贸易措施,服务国际贸易的一个重要支撑。然而,长期以来中国外文版的数量明显不足,质量参差不齐。究其原因,既有管理机制的问题,也有语言水平层面和中文标准自身质量等诸多方面的因素。本文基于作者几年来翻译和评审近百个标准外文版的实践经验,对中国标准外文版质量提升的各方面要素进行了详细分析,提出了标准外文版质量提升的解决方案。

As a necessary condition for Chinese standards to go global,the foreign language version of Chinese standards is fundamental to the internationalization of Chinese standards,and it can also provide support for implementing China's technical trade measures and serving international trade.However,for a long time,the number of foreign language version of Chinese standards is obviously insufficient and the quality is uneven.The reasons are not only the management mechanism,but also the language level and the quality of Chinese standards.Based on the experience in translating and reviewing nearly 100 standard foreign language versions over the past few years,this paper makes a detailed analysis of all aspects of the quality improvement of foreign language version of Chinese standards,and puts forward solutions for the quality improvement of foreign language version of Chinese standards.
