浅议标准化在优化营商环境中的作用与实现路径

Research on the Role of Standardization in Optimizing Business Environment and the Implementation Method

优化营商环境作为推动经济高质量发展的重要举措,已上升为国家战略。从我国在世界银行营商环境评估排名不断上升可以看出,我国优化营商环境工作取得了巨大成就。本文简要梳理了我国营商环境的发展现状和取得的成效,以及制约我国营商环境发展的问题;分析了标准化作为优化营商环境的重要方法,在营商环境工作中的作用机制,并从标准化视角提出了进一步优化营商环境的建议。

Creating a better business environment has become a national strategy to accelerate the high-quality economic development.The rise of China's ranking in the World Bank's assessment of business environment shows that great achievements have been made in improving China’s business environment.In this paper,the author briefly summarizes the development status and achievements of business environment in China,and the factors restricting the development of China's business environment,analyzes the function mechanism of standardization in business environment,and puts forward suggestions on further optimizing business environment from a standardization perspective.
