垃圾分类智能投放箱标准化之必要性研究

垃圾分类智能投放箱是一种新型、智能化垃圾分类投放装置,该装置有助于提高垃圾分类准确率、回收率,能够引导和激励人们开展垃圾分类活动,有利于垃圾分类制度的实施,并有望在国内大范围推广。作为一种新事物、新产品,目前该类产品存在标准缺失问题,仅有零星的企业标准,不足以规范整个行业的所有产品。本文分析了开展垃圾分类智能投放箱标准化工作的重要性,指出应积极推动该领域标准化工作,从而有利于提高垃圾分类体系的有序化程度,有利于提高产品质量、保证安全,有利于引导和规范行业发展。并从行业、企业、行政管理部门、协会与学会等角度提出了建议,以期更好推进垃圾分类智能投放箱标准化工作,为垃圾分类产品和设施的标准化当好样板,更好地推行垃圾分类制度。

The intelligent waste sorting device is an intelligent type of waste sorting and dropping instrument,helping to improve the accuracy and recovery rate.It can guide and encourage people to carry out waste sorting activities,which is beneficial to implement the waste sorting system and is expected to be widely promoted.As a new product,however,this kind of device lacks standards with only a few enterprise standards,which is not enough to regulate this kind of products.This paper analyzes the importance of standardization of intelligent waste sorting device,and points out that standardization in this field should be actively promoted,so as to improve the order of waste sorting system,improve product quality and safety,and guide the development of this industry.Moreover,this paper also puts forward suggestions in various aspects,such as industry,enterprise,administrative department,association and institution,in order to promote the standardization of intelligent waste sorting device and set a good example for the standardization of waste sorting products and facilities to improve the waste sorting activities.
