摘要
科学有效地评价员工满意度已经成为现代企业管理的重要内容,然而目前的测评方法存在权重计算结果与员工的实际感受不一致的问题。因此,本文提出了一种基于指标重要性的员工满意度量化评价方法,该方法在传统满意度测评方法的基础上加入了员工感知重要度这一指标,根据员工感知重要度计算指标权重,从而反映员工的真实情感。同时,该方法首次将灰色关联度分析引入到单主体内部评价当中,拓展了这一理论的应用。最后,文章以某大型制药企业为例演示了该方法的应用,并运用四分图理论,为该公司提出了合理化建议。
Scientific and effective evaluation of employee satisfaction has become an important part of mod-ern enterprise management,but the current evaluation methods have the problem that the weight calculation results are inconsistent with the actual feelings of employees.Therefore,this paper proposes a quantitative evaluation method of employee satisfaction based on the im-portance of indicators.This method adds the index of perceived importance to the traditional satisfaction evaluation method,and calculates the weight of the index according to the perceived importance of employees,so as to reflect the real emotions of employees.At the same time,this method first time applies the grey relational analysis into the single entity internal evaluation,which expands the application of this theory.Finally,this paper takes a large pharmaceutical com-pany as an example to demonstrate the application of this method,and uses the quartile theory to put forward reasonable suggestions for the company.
