家用电器发热测试确定最热布点位置的方法研究

摘要 发热是家用电器安规测试的一个重要的项目,发热超过限值会引起烫伤、起火、漏电等安全风险,在发热测试中,准确地寻找温度最高点是测试的一个关键,通常是靠人员的经验去判断,本文通过测试比对,发现通过人员经验判断存在偏差,具有一定的不确定性,针对该问题提出了一种发热测试确定布点位置的方法,可以减小发热测试中由于人员借助经验判断布点位置不同而造成的最高温度值的偏差。 Heating is an important item in the safety test of household electrical appliances.If the heating exceeds the limit value,it will cause scald,fire,leakage and other safety risks.In the heating test,it is the key to find the highest point of temperature accurately,which is usually judged by the experience of the personnel.Through test and comparison,this paper finds that there is a deviation and uncertainty in the judgment by the experience of the personnel.In view of this problem,it proposes a method of determining the position of the distribution points by heating test,which can reduce the deviation of the maximum temperature value caused by the personnel judging the different position of the distribution point with the help of experience.
