摘要
韩国政府通过《工业标准化法》授权韩国技术标准署为国家标准机构,全面管理和推动国家标准化体系的建立,提升国家标准化竞争力。此外,又引入了标准制定合作组织制度,委托标准制定合作组织牵头起草国家标准草案,以增强公共机构制定标准的能力。本文深入分析了韩国标准化的法律体系、管理体制和国家标准体系,并总结分析了韩国标准化的特点。
Korea Agency for Technology and Standards(KATS)is authorized by the South Korean government through the Industrial Standardization Act to be the competent authority for South Korean standardization work and is required to promote the establishment of the National Standardization System and fully enhance South Korean competition.The Cooperating Organization for Standards Development(COSD)is delegated for the tasks of leading the draft of standards to enhance the capacity of public institutions in standards development.This paper analyzes the system of laws and regulations,standardization management system and national standards system in South Korea,and finally summarizes the characteristics of South Korean standardization work.
