摘要 由于工况恶劣,矿山机械、船舶设备等领域使用的大模数、大规格齿轮容易出现磨损等缺陷,针对这类齿轮的修复,设计了滚齿与激光熔覆复合一体机。该机床通过在YK31125CNC数控滚齿机工作台一侧加装伺服轴控制的激光熔覆头来实现熔覆运动,采用在激光熔覆头粉末喷嘴外增加环形气帘喷嘴的方式,在粉末束外围获得环形保护气帘以适应在开放环境中进行激光熔覆,给出了机床的控制原理及简洁人性化的人机操作界面。使用该机床一次装夹可完成齿轮的修复及滚齿再加工,缩短了齿轮修复周期,降低了修复成本。 Because of the bad working conditions,large module and large size gears used in mining machinery,marine equipment and other fields are prone to wear and other defects.Aiming at the repair of such gears,a gear hobbing and laser cladding composite machine is designed.The machine tool realizes cladding movement by adding laser cladding head controlled by servo axis on one side of the worktable of YK31125 CNC hobbing machine.It adopts the way of adding annular air curtain nozzle outside the powder nozzle of laser cladding head to obtain annular protective air curtain around the powder beam to adapt to laser cladding in an open environment.The control principle of the machine tool and the simple and humanized man-machine interface are given.By using this machine tool,the gear repair and hobbing can be completed,the gear repair cycle can be shortened,and the repair cost can be reduced.
