同步带齿形测量装置带轮轴有限元分析及优化 被引量:1

摘要 在同步带齿形测量装置结构中,带轮轴的动静态性能会直接影响同步带齿形尺寸的测量结果。文章根据同步带齿形测量装置滑动端带轮轴的结构特性,通过ANSYS Workbench软件建立该轴的三维模型,并对其动静态特性进行了有限元分析,静力学分析得到该轴在实际工况下的应力及最大变形,模态分析得出其临界转速。同时,在保证其强度要求的前提下,对该轴结构尺寸进行响应面优化,从而减小其最大变形,提高了该轴的临界转速。通过对滑动端带轮轴的分析及优化,减小了同步带齿形测量装置的测量误差,为轴类零件动静态特性分析及优化提供方法。 In the structure of the synchronous belt tooth profile measuring device,the dynamic and static performance of the wheel shaft will directly affect the measurement results of the tooth profile of the synchronous belt.In this paper,the three-dimensional model of the shaft is established by ANSYS Workbench software,and the dynamic and static characteristics of the shaft are analyzed by the way of finite element analysis.The statics analysis obtains the stress and maximum deformation of the shaft in the actual working condition,and the critical speed of the modal analysis is obtained.On the premise of guaranteeing its strength requirement,the structure size of the shaft is optimized,so as to reduce its maximum deformation and improve the critical speed of the shaft.Through the analysis and optimization of the belt wheel shaft of the sliding end,the measurement error of the synchronous belt tooth profile measuring device is reduced,and the method is provided for the dynamic and static performance analysis and optimization of the shaft parts.
