主减速器壳体压盖外圆反向车削工装夹具设计

摘要 针对主减速器壳体在立式专用数控车床上反向加工的工艺要求,依据工件的结构特点,设计制造一种能够适应多品种、安装方便的专用车削工装夹具,一台机床可以通过更换定位盘,快速切换多种型号主减速器壳体压盖外圆的高效切削加工。在机床主轴内设置液压夹紧油缸,实现对工件的液压自动夹紧,减轻工人的劳动强度。生产实践证明,该夹具结构简单,工件安装方便,便于操作,提高了生产效率,保证了加工精度。 According to the technological requirements of the reverse machining of the main reducer housing on the vertical special CNC lathe and the structural characteristics of the workpiece,a special turning fixture which can adapt to many varieties and easy to install is designed and manufactured.It solves the efficient machining of a machine tool which can quickly switch the outer circle of the gland of the main reducer housing of various models by changing the positioning plate.The hydraulic clamping cylinder is set in the spindle of the machine tool to realize the automatic hydraulic clamping of the workpiece and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.The production practice proves that the fixture is simple and reliable,easy to operate,improves production efficiency and ensures machining accuracy.
