现代学徒制模式下高职学生偶像崇拜与榜样教育研究

A Preliminary Study on Idol Worship and Model Education ofVocational College Students under Modern Apprenticeship System

在现代学徒制模式下,高职学生的偶像崇拜呈现出新的特点,这一命题背后隐含着思想状况和价值观走向的变化。通过对青岛职业技术学院现代学徒制试点专业学生的调研,从思想基础、选择标准、崇拜程度、类别排序等多个角度进行数据采集和分析,充分了解现代学徒制模式下高职学生的思想现状,为榜样教育提供理论基础。据此,高校辅导员和教师必须创新路径,结合现代学徒制的教育教学特点,充分利用榜样的感染力和示范性,切实将榜样教育落到思想政治教育实处。

Under the system of modern apprenticeship,the idol worship of vocational college students shows diversified characteristics,which implies the ideological status and value trend.Through in-depth investigation of vocational college students'idols and role models,data collection and analysis are conducted from the perspectives of ideological basis,selection criteria,worship degree,category ranking and their relationship,so as to fully understand the ideological status of contemporary vocational college students and provide a theoretical basis for further model education.Therefore,college counselors and teachers must innovate the way,combine the educational and teaching characteristics of modern apprenticeship,make full use of the appeal and demonstration of role models,and put the role model education into practice in ideological and political education.
