摘要
采用高效液相色谱法同时测定了食用油中9种抗氧化剂,通过调整流动相比例及梯度,优化了9种抗氧化剂的分离度,并进行了9种抗氧化剂的加标回收试验。结果表明,在5~400μg/mL质量浓度范围内,9种抗氧化剂的线性方程相关系数均不低于0.99991,检出限和定量限分别为2mg/kg和10mg/kg,该方法在20mg/kg和200mg/kg两个浓度点的加标回收率平均值在92.4%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差的范围为0.1%~4.8%。
The resolution of 9 kinds of antioxidants was optimized by adjusting the proportion of mobile phase and gradient.The results showed that,within the mass concentration range of 5 to 400μg/mL,the linear equation correlation coefficients of the 9 kinds of antioxidants were not less than 0.99991,the LOD and the LOQ were 2 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg respectively,the average recoveries of the two concentration points of 20 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg were between 92.4%and 110.0%,and the RSD were in the range of 0.1%-4.8%.
