同位素质谱仪测定水中δ^2H和δ^18O值的检测方法研究

摘要 为准确检测液态水中稳定性同位素δ^2 H和δ^18 O值,对元素分析仪-同位素比质谱仪联用技术(EAIRMS)测定水中稳定性氢氧同位素的方法进行了研究。结果表明,该方法对氢氧同位素标准水样测定精度良好,稳定性氢同位素的标准偏差小于为0.52‰,稳定性氧同位素的标准偏差小于0.09‰。氢氧同位素标准水样的δ^2 H和δ^18 O的测量值与标准值之间达到显著相关,R^2=1。测得水样样品的δ^2 H值范围为-26.06‰^-71.53‰,δ^18 O值范围为-2.84‰^-11.21‰。试验结果为研究不同类型水中稳定性氢氧同位素差异提供了可靠的技术支撑。 The test results show that the method has good accuracy for determination of hydrogen and oxygen isotope standard water samples.The standard deviation of stable hydrogen isotope is less than0.52‰,and that of stable oxygen isotope is less than 0.09‰.The measured values ofδ^2H andδ^18 O in hydrogen and oxygen isotope standard water samples reach a significant correlation with the standard values,R^2=1.Theδ^2H values of the water samples range from-26.06‰to-71.53‰,and theδ^18 O values range from-2.84‰to-11.21‰.The test results provide a reliable technical support for studying the difference of stable hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in different types of water.
